Livestock is shipped on tuesday only cut of day is Monday 4pm,  any orders placed after will be shipped next following tuesday. Other goods are shipped monday-thursday. If you require a specific delivery day please contact us before ordering

You will get a confirmation of Dispatch by e-mail the day the order is sent.

 We do not accept returns of livestock

DOA 

Conditions for DOAs (dead on arrival) 

Please ensure you take a photo  straight after  you receive your order to show any DOAs and message us  immediately so we can help to rectify the situation. If you would like a replacement this will be shipped out as soon as available. If a replacement is not available we will refund you for the cost of the DOA.
